He completed his B.E. from IIT Roorkee in Metallurgy. His love for his country drove him to join the Indian Army, serving in various capacities as an officer for 24 years garnering immense experience. After leaving he was appointed as a CEO for a U.S.-based firm’s Indian operations ranging from Education to Real Estate. He also served as a Managing Director for a City Gas Distribution (CGD) company. Col Sanjay likes to give back to society, he established a School for Rural Children providing quality education with children coming from 22 villages to study. The school offers free education to girls and various scholarships on a need and merit basis.

Starting out young in the Indian Business sector Mr. Vinod Kumar has amassed experience of over 35 years in various areas such as Real Estate, Land Investment, Import/Export, etc. He possesses an acute understanding of people and believes in making long-lasting relationships through his resourcefulness and people skills. Today SHAYA tries to embody everything he has followed throughout his life and more.

After his schooling and graduation, he completed his Master’s in Public Administration from a reputed college in India. He possesses experience of over 9 years in the Administrative and Education sector. He is skilled at planning and coordinating, laying out administrative procedures and systems, and devising ways to streamline processes. A natural at recruiting, training personnel, and allocating responsibilities in the office space; he also has experience in assessing staff performance guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Shantanu Malik

He finished his schooling at Mount St. Mary’s, New Delhi. After school, he completed his B.S. in Marine Engineering from BITS Pilani and joined the Merchant Navy working for Scorpio Marine Management for a couple of years before switching company to Fleet Management Ltd. His last sail was as a Fourth Engineer with Fleet. Having spent nearly 7 years in the Shipping Industry has given him valuable insight into this business. He is also trained in Fire Fighting, Survival, and Life Saving Techniques. Having lived/ worked in a high-risk environment he is skilled at managing stressful situations.
